Online meetings are continuing to create our M.O.T.H.E.R. Platform and to plan the next LTT in Portugal

In the last weeks partners worked hard to continue the activity of creating dynamic training modules on the future platform where 240 youths will be trained to become young entrepreneurs in Europe.

Here are the screenshots of the last online meetings realized between the leader, JUMP and the Portuguese partner, Lousada Municipality which will host – finally – one of the main important activities of the project: the Learning and Training Mobility number 1.

After more than a year of project the e-coaches are going to meet and many things have to be planned: logistics, lodging, environments of work, team building activities and visits to local youth projects.

JUMP employed for the meeting Ms Alessia Simonetti from Rome, an experienced trainer expert in Coaching&Mentoring and Emotional Competences.

Here below in the picture, in order are Erika Gerardini, JUMP Project Designer and Manager, Catarina Neto, Team leader of the Lousada Municipality and Alessia Simonetti who are defining the program and the division of tasks.

While the organizers of the LTT are busy with this task, the other partners are getting more and more familiar with the method we establish to use for the setting up of the M.O.T.H.E.R. Platform. Team leaders and e-coaches are creating smart presentations and are adding content thanks to the online tools provided by JUMP.

Involved in the project are new young people. This is the main goal of the whole process: give a chance to youths to learn, practice, gain new language and digital competences and meet in the different countries. The learning mobility is in fact defined as “blended” which means that partners are working first, online, each one in their local contexts and afterwards they will travel to Portugal to be trained.

The program structure is ready and well defined. Partners are working inside a common drive folder where all documents are available and updated from time to time.

In line with the main topics of the project, M.O.T.H.E.R. is also ecological, inclusive, smart and digital.

Other meetings are going on. Inside the working teams new e-coaches entered the project and will play an active role in 2022.
