A quick overview of the Final Technical Report of M.O.T.H.E.R. Project

Throughout its implementation, the M.O.T.H.E.R. Project has made use of a range of digital tools to achieve its goal of supporting young people in developing their entrepreneurial skills. The main website, The M.O.T.H.E.R. Social Platform for Business of Youths, the YouTube channel, and the Facebook page are all well-designed and easy to use and make it easy for users to access the information and resources they need to succeed in their entrepreneurial endeavors.

In the final technical report realized by JUMP Team, Pietro Sinopoli and Francesca Politi summarized and evaluated the impact of the outputs created within the M.O.T.H.E.R. Project, including their design, functionality, and performance.

In analyzing the performance of the M.O.T.H.E.R. website, several key indicators were used to measure its success. One of the primary indicators was traffic acquisition, which measures the number of visitors to the website and how they are arriving at the site. This includes metrics such as the number of unique visitors, bounce rate, and the source of traffic (i.e. search engines, social media, etc.).

Another important indicator was engagement, which measures how users interact with the website. This includes metrics such as the average time spent on the site, the number of pages viewed per session, and the click-through rate on different elements of the site.

Demographics and reviews were also analyzed to understand the target audience of the website, including information such as the country of visitors, and any feedback or comments they have provided.

For the M.O.T.H.E.R. Platform, one of the primary indicators was the number of subscribers, which indicates the level of interest and engagement in the platform’s content and resources. Additionally, the number of quiz attempted by the users is also used to indicate the level of engagement of the users.

In addition, the platform analytics were used to track the number of course completed by the users, the time spent by the users on the platform, and which modules are more popular among the users.

Thanks to this final report, the M.O.T.H.E.R. Project was able to gain valuable insights that will be useful for future planning and decision-making.

The document has been added to our collection Docs&Reports which includes all of the reports generated throughout the duration of the project. Go check it out!
