Having interesting ideas is useless, unless you know how to convert them into words, sentences and be understood correctly.
For testing communication styles and expressing ideas in words, we use Social Media.
Main goals of social media:
- Social media is about conversations, community, connecting with the audience and building relationships. It is not just a broadcast channel or a sales and marketing tool.
- Authenticity, honesty and open dialogue are key.
- Social media not only allows you to hear what people say about you, but enables you to respond. Listen first, speak second.
- Be compelling, useful, relevant and engaging. Don’t be afraid to try new things, but think through your efforts before kicking them off.
From the pragmatic point of view, communication is the way of expressing what we want. Understanding each other’s needs and negotiating right positions for all parties.
AKTIVISTAI is the partner in charge to cover this topic titled “Communication Media and social media communication for Youths‘ on behalf of the Erasmus Plus project, M.O.T.H.E.R. which stands for Mobility Opportunity Training for a Higher Employment Rate.
Each partner is covering a specific topic building together, working online, the M.O.T.H.E.R. Learning Path for youths to be uploaded on the future M.O.T.H.E.R. Business and Social Platform free for the youths identified as the target (240 representing the 6 countries of the consortium).
