The interesting course exploring the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Program

The course on The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme was created by Jump Association and is supervised by the Project Manager Erika Gerardini.

It aims to explore all the opportunities available to young entrepreneurs intending to set up their own business as well as those who have already started their business in the last three years.

The Erasmus programme for young entrepreneurs is based on a cross-border exchange, offering the chance to learn the secrets of the trade from established professionals running small or medium-sized enterprises in another country participating in the programme.

The experienced entrepreneur who hosts the young aspiring entrepreneur in his company helps the latter to acquire the necessary skills to run a small business, but in turn also benefits from working with partners from other countries by keeping abreast of other markets.

That is why since its launch in 2009, the number of applications from new entrepreneurs and host entrepreneurs willing to participate in the programme has steadily increased.

However, it should be more widely disseminated and promoted among young people, first and foremost because it tends to strengthen European entrepreneurial culture by offering skills, knowledge and experience that facilitate new start-ups.
Through cooperation and the cross-fertilisation of different ideas, new business networks can be created, thus increasing the chances of creating new jobs.

In this free course located within the M.O.T.H.E.R. Social Platform for Business of Youths, numerous aspects will be explained: the entire programme, how it works, the actors involved and all the necessary steps to start designing your own business plan.

The main objective is to motivate young people to use all the tools available so that they can start their own business and enjoy the opportunity of receiving a scholarship to travel around Europe and meet other young entrepreneurs, perhaps in the future becoming new mentors for other entrepreneurs who wish to take advantage of the programme.
