The Implementation of M.O.T.H.E.R. Multiplier Event in Greece

The benefits of mobility training for young people are highly significant. Experiences abroad contribute to participants’ growth, in terms of skills advancement and exposure to stimuli that contribute to their development.

On 31st of May 2022, the M.O.T.H.E.R. multiplier event concluded successfully in Larissa, Greece. Institute Entrepreneurship Development (iED) hosted the meeting in its premises, at JOIST Innovation Park.

The M.O.T.H.E.R. contribution to youth employment

M.O.T.H.E.R. initials stand for Mobility Opportunity Training for a Higher Employment Rate. Specifically, this Erasmus+ project invests in the cultivation of new entrepreneurial mindset of young people across Europe.

The main goal is the development of an e-learning platform that offers “free” training, mobility and cooperation opportunities among youths, beyond the borders of the 6 partner countries. In particular, the “M.O.T.H.E.R. Social Platform for Business of Youths” encompasses a free training path of 12 training modules designed with up-to-date and innovative content. The content language of the platform is in English and it is addressed to young people. Thus, its content is designed to be smart and appealing to the target group intended. Moreover, for this purpose, international experts participated in the creation of formal contents.

The M.O.T.H.E.R. multiplier event

In this context, project partners materialized the M.O.T.H.E.R. multiplier event, with the participation of young people. In particular, attendees had the opportunity to discover the entire spectrum of entrepreneurship and the best possible ways to cultivate entrepreneurial spirit through M.O.T.H.E.R. project and its delivered results.
