Pietro Curatola
JUMP Founder, President and Legal Representative
Graduated from Modena University in business economics, Pietro has been working for 16 years in Emilia Romagna in the field of business development and access to finance. During the “Modena period”, when he was 30, he lived a small 6 months parenthesis in London attending an English course and working at the same time. In 2012, feeling inside the deep sense of belonging to the South and understanding that the family needed him, he decided to come back to Soverato (CZ) aware that, with the competencies and experience gained, he could have been an active player at the local level. At the end of the same year, he founded JUMP Gioventù in riSalto and started to train himself in the field of Project Design and Management, applying for grants and monitoring EU funding programs, upgrading himself, and networking. He attended a 5 months high-level master’s in Rome and a specific course in Cosenza. In 2013 – 2014 JUMP was soon awarded the first EU projects and it started a period of intensive activities, training, and mobilities in Italy and abroad. Now is still JUMP President and engine, organizing events, training, and being also a private consultant for potential young entrepreneurs.
Erika Gerardini
JUMP Trainer, Project Designer and Manager
2002-2003 One year Erasmus studies in Càceres, Spain including a working experience in Barcelona. 2005. Graduated in foreign languages and international communication at Parma University, Erika soon started to work in the field of international youth mobility and European projects in Rome during the civil service by AFSAI, Associazione per la Formazione e gli Scambi Culturali (2003-2004). Through AFSAI Erika travelled around Europe (as Team Leader for young people and young adults) and also in Latin America (Costa Rica) as responsible for an important project on violence against women and gender balance in Eu society.


Ylenia Azzaro
Social media manager and MOTHER e-coach
Graduated at Modena University in “Languages for Enterprise Communication and International Organizations” in 2017. She has a great passion for intercultural contexts and international exchanges. During her academic career, thanks to the Erasmus Project, she had the opportunity to spend six months in Zaragoza (Spain) developing social and intercultural skills. She started to work as a translator for a European Translation Center in Modena (2017) and then she decided to come back to Calabria to work for a Tour Operator company in Soverato, developing communication and managerial skills.
In 2018, she participated in the National Civil Service project, working as a volunteer for the Employment Office in Soverato. During this period, she worked as a teacher for a Language School in Catanzaro. She currently works with JUMP Association in the field of Erasmus Plus, as a Social Media Manager and Administrative Support. She also collaborates as trainer for Experience Italy, Outdoor Learning and Outdoor Education courses.
She’s a very open-minded person, always ready for new challenges and adventures!
Enriko Ceko
Lecturer and MOTHER senior e-coach
Enriko CEKO was born on 29th September 1965, in Tirana, Albania. He has graduated from the Agronomy Faculty and Economy Faculty (Agriculture University of Tirana 1989 and 1996), Faculty of Law (University of Tirana 2002). He has MBA from Tirana University, Faculty of Economy and Nebraska Lincoln University, a common MNA project (2002). He holds a PhD diploma in Management (Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana 2005). He has about 31 years working experience and about the same experience lecturing, specialized with about 45 training courses (Albania, USA, UK, Israel, Germany, Austria), etc. He is Head of Economics and Management Department, at University College “Qiriazi”, lecturer at University College “Wisdom”, Senator of World Business Angels and Investments Forum and Lecturer at WBAF Business School, Global Entrepreneurship Department, Humanitarian Ambassador of International Peace Association for Albanian Nation, President of Conservative Academy, Executive Director of Albanian Center for Sustainable Development, Executive Director of Albanian Center for Waste Recycling. He is the author of around 5000 articles and over 35 scientific journal articles, participating in more than 70 international scientific conferences, author of “Total Quality Management” Book, “Quality Management Tools” Monographs, “100 years of economic, trade and business relations between UK and Albania” book, “Managing Agribusiness Firms” book, “Managing Hotel & Tourism” book, “Academic writing” book, “Business and Administrative communication” book, “Small theatre, big theatre” book, etc. His work focuses on lecturing (mainly economics and managerial disciplines), public and private organizations consultancy, ISO Standards included, heading several NGO’s, as well as participating in civic society activities, etc.


Francesco Tirinato
Sociologist, Social media manager, M.O.T.H.E.R. e-coach
Francesco graduated from the University “La Sapienza di Roma” in Sociology, specialising in management and coordination of social policies, with a specific focus on planning and design of the territorial social services system.
In 2015, he participates with a group of researchers from the Department of Social and Economic Sciences (coordinated by the professorship of “Welfare Systems in Europe”) in a research aimed at reconstructing the governance of social services in Rome, including the relationships between the various territorial Welfare networks and the European Union.
The following year, he carried out a training internship at the Socio-Educational Directorate of the Fifth Municipality of Rome, working alongside the head of Social Services at the working tables of the Department of Social Policy, Subsidiarity and Health on the new Area Social Plans.
As of 2021 she joins the big Jump family.
Alessia Simonetti
Trainer on Coaching&Mentoring, Emotional Comptences and STEM/STEAM and Coding@School
Alessia is a passionate and experienced learning leader and innovator, with more than ten years of experience designing and leading local and international activities in the field of Education and Training. Graduated in Communication Science at Sapienza University of Rome, for her final thesis Alessia conducted a field study in Brazil during her civil service year, working in an international cooperation project and analyzing the effectiveness of empowering adult learning methodologies applied to local trainings, community capacity building, social entrepreneurship and solidarity cooperation networks.
For JUMP Alessia is a freelance trainer expert in the topic of “Coaching and mentoring”, Emotional competences and wellbeing, mindfulness, conscious education and media literacy. Alessia still lives in Rome and to collaborate with JUMP she travels to Soverato (CZ) when training is fixed and organized.


Pietro Sinopoli
Webmaster and web developer and e-coach
“Jack of all trades”, Pietro is a former student of the scientific Lyceum of Soverato, the place where he met Jump. He is currently studying in Rome at “Saint Louis College of Music” to become a sound engineer and combine his two passions, music and IT. After some experiences with local web agencies as web developer, he is now responsible for developing websites for Jump. He also loves multicultural contexts and this year he joined a youth exchange in Romania about sustainable entrepreneurship since he dreams of being an entrepreneur.

Karolis Stirbys
Director
Mr. Karolis Stirbys is a founder and director of Active people association Activists. During 12 years he had been participated in more than 50 international projects, conferences and meetings in working with Youth, sport, inclusion, motivation, management, administration, project work, realization of different ideas and events and etc. Was a project manager of 4 international Erasmus+ Sport projects in Lithuania: ”Fans Against Violence”, “True basketball real games”, “Volunteering for sporty and healthy life”, “Women Empowerment in Sport”. Also project manager of Erasmus capacity building project “Bridge between Europe and Asia called Synergy”.
Adas Perkauskas
Project Manager
Mr. Adas Perkauskas is a project manager in organization “Aktyvistai”. During period from 2018 participated about 11 international projects about youth, leadership, management, inclusion and etc. Helped to organize and coordinate Youth exchange project “Youth on” and cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices project “Volunteering for sporty and healthy life”. Adas was a project coordinator for Erasmus+Sport project, now are project manager of two KA2 projects. Every event gave him new competences in forward project. He help can with projects programs, organizational matters, distribution of project results, solving emerging conflicts and inspire youth to action.


Saule Rinkevičiūtė
Communication manager
Jasmina Pislevikj has an MSc in Sustainable Energy and Environment from The Norwegian University of Science (NTNU) and Technology and a Diploma degree in Power Engineering and Environment from the Faculty of Mechanical Engine e ring in Skopje. She has been working in the field of education and research about sustainable energy and environment, as well as in business development in the last years, both nationally and internationally.
Jasmina has taken part in over 50 international research stays, conferences, seminars and courses. She speaks fluently English and can use the German language. Jasmina has 3+ years of experience in product development and 10+ years of experience in project development and non-formal education mainly related to environment protection, climate change and sustainable development. With her own product she took participation in business accelerators and business academies from which she has received awards and recognitions.
In 2018, she participated in the National Civil Service project, working as a volunteer for the Employment Office in Soverato. During this period, she worked as a teacher for a Language School in Catanzaro. She currently works with JUMP Association in the field of Erasmus Plus, as a Social Media Manager and Administrative Support. Asta Miknevičiūtė

Viktória Varga

Viktória is studying Commerce and Marketing at Corvinus University of Budapest. Even before working for Ecocenter, she was very interested in environmental and sustainability issues, as she was always working closely with nature as a riding instructor in several countries. Viktória is working as an international project coordinator for Ecocenter, where she is responsible for the full management of the national and international projects (supported by erasmus+, ginop, támop etc.) participating from the planning part to the implementation.
Lili Perényi-Harka

Lili is currently studying sociology at Corvinus University of Budapest. She is passionate about social issues and sustainability, with a special focus on human rights, gender equality, migration and environmental issues. She further explores her during her studies in sociology and her work at Ecocenter. She speaks English and some basic German, which she had an opportunity to improve while volunteering in Germany, helping, and working with disabled people. Lili also has some experience with international projects; she participated in an exchange program in Germany, England and in France.


Fanni Tárnoki

Fanni is a Beauty Therapist and Access Bars Facilitator and Aqua Meditation Therapist.
Before She joined to Ecocenter, She visited more countries for example:
Fort Lauderdale-Florida, Iznajar-Spain and Lyon-France.
She worked with workaway in the corona virus situation. She learned more with gardening things, she helped children everywhere.
She is personally very helpful, positive, friendly and active.
She would like to help with this e-coaching project to more people all over the world.
Emília Kósa

Emília lives in the south part of Hungary and works as a librarian and runs her own massage business. Earlier she managed a university hostel and teached information and library science for kids and adults. She is constantly improving her communication skills and tries to find solutions to the upcoming problem.

Aleksandra Nikolova

Aleksandra Nikolova has experience in implementation of projects in various fields. As an agricultural engineer in food safety and quality assurance, she has participated in the implementation of projects in agricultural vocational education and training, focusing on the non-formal education and training.
She has substantial knowledge in the international food safety standards, as well as the application of technologies in the food production process, and the development of agricultural vocational education and training. As a project assistant, she participates in the implementation of the project activities supported by Erasmus+, the Visegrad Fund etc.
Furthermore, she has experience in handling social media and external communication with partners, preparation and translation of documentation, and software quality assurance. She is fluent in English.

Martin Micevski

Martin Micevski holds a BA in agricultural engineering – agricultural economy and has years of experience of preparation and implementation of projects in various fields, such as agriculture, rural development, and local development.
As a project coordinator, he has been responsible for the timely execution and reporting of the project activities. The preparation of analyses, questionnaires and research papers, information gathering and analysis, organizing events, and mentoring, are a part of his daily tasks.
He’s appeared as project coordinator and/or assistant in many projects supported by several international funds and organizations including: the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, USAID, FAO, UNDP, Visegrad Fund and others. He is fluent in English and Italian.
Spire Arsov

Spire Arsov Msc. holds a Master degree from China Agricultural University and has extensive experience working with agriculture and economic policies. Has worked as a consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on matters of land policy, agri-environment and agribusiness policies.

Aggeliki is administrative officer at the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development. She has a VET Diploma in Administration and Economics. Her fields of expertise include ERP System administration, financial management, company accounting, logistics administration, business negotiation techniques. She is also dealing with human resource issues, external payments and bank transactions.

Project manager of Erasmus+ projects in national and international learning institutions. With a background in Economics, has a degree in Human Resources Management and completed the Masterclass ‘The Art and Craft of Designing and Facilitating Learning Spaces’ at Kaospilot. Currently, she is attending the Health Education Master in Porto University and continues co-founding new projects in the area of education in Portugal.Her recent project is the portuguese association Kokoro, dedicated to promoting the debate around education in Portugal.


Carlos Rocha e Sousa
Higher technician responsible for the Entrepreneurship Office at Município de Lousada
With a degree in Business Administration and specialized in Marketing and Sales Management since 2007, Carlos Sousa is higher technician at Município de Lousada. He is responsible for the contact between the Município and the business network of Lousada as well as for the Entrepreneurship Office of the city, coordinating the planning, organisation, execution and assessment of all activities in this department. Additionally, Carlos has a long experience in organising events in the city, such as business meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars and sectoral meetings.

With a degree in Municipal Administration, since 1998, Ana Ferreira attended the training actions of conflict mediation and familiar mediation, and obtained the national certification for trainers. She is higher technician at Município de Lousada and the responsible for the Office for employability and training in Lousada, as well as for the Office for consumer information and volunteering in Lousada. Ana Ferreira is in close contact with IRIS (Regional Incubator of Social Innovation) and organises several events for this area, such as journeys, information sessions, workshops and sectorial meetings.

With a degree in Tourism, is higher technician at Município de Lousada and represents the city in Tourism fairs, such as FITUR, XANTAR, ITB, BTL. Mariana Nunes de Sousa is currently working in the municipal interactive office of tourism, providing the needed information about the city and the region to tourists and accompanies these groups in organised visits in Lousada.
